This Privacy Policy (hereinafter “PP”) applies to https://www.timberstore.ee website (hereinafter “Website”) and services (hereinafter “Service”) it enables. This PP governs our data collection, processing and usage practices. By starting to use the Website and Service, means that you have read, understood and given consent to the data practices described in this PP. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this PP, you should not use the Website or the Service. 1.1 Chief Controller/Processor - means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. 1.2 Personal Data – means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. 1.3 Principles of processing Personal Data – means current document, which regulates how the Personal Data is being processed within and by Timberstore. 1.4 Processing of Personal Data – means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available etc. 1.5 Third party – means any party who is not the Website/Service user, Timberstore or Timberstore´s employee. Also a natural or legal person, a branch of a foreign company or a state or local government agency who is not: (a) the processor of the Personal Data in question; (b) a data subject; (c) a natural person who processes Personal Data in the subordination of a processor of Personal Data. 1.6 Epood.eu platform - An e-shop platform developed, maintained and owned by Updown Software OÜ. 1.6 Timberstore - Chief Controller and Processor of Personal Data in a sense what is stated in this PP under the clause 2. 1.7 Google - Processor of Personal Data in a sense what is stated in this PP under clause 6.
2.1 When you visit our Website Once you have logged into our Website with your Google account and the Timberstore account is created for you automatically, we collect your Google account´s public profile information: (a) your name; (b) profile picture; (c) email address; (d) locale; If you choose to log into Timberstore using your e-mail account we store your e-mail address. 2.2 “Personal Data” This refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and what identifies you personally, including information to what is referred under clause 2.1, and other information about yourself or your business. Also see Definitions. 2.3 “Order information” This refers to information that you voluntarily submit to us when filling in the order form. Depending on the transportation type you select this may include your name; email address; phone number; transportation type; delivery time; any additional information you include in the order description; 2.4 “Navigational Information” This refers to information about your computer and your visits to Website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, device usage, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed. 3.1 Google Analytics This refers to the free web analytics service that tracks and reports website traffic. Whenever someone visits a website that uses Google Analytics, then Google tracks that visit via the user's IP address in order to determine the user's approximate geographic location. 3.2 Google Analytics Advertising This refers to the service which enables Google Analytics to collect data about your traffic via Google advertising cookies and identifiers, in addition to data collected through a standard Google Analytics implementation. Google Adwords, Google remarketing features will be implemented.
4.1 Compliance with our PP We use the information we collect only in compliance with this PP. Everyone who are using Timberstore services are obligated to comply with this PP. 4.2 We Never Sell Personal Data nor do we share it with third party We will never sell your Personal Data to any third party or share it with third party. 4.3 Use of your Personal Data We use your Personal Data to: (a) improve your browsing experience by personalizing the Website and to improve the services (e.g. by language we can display you the content by your own language etc.); (b) make recommendations to you and suggest relevant content, based on your interests (e.g. by displaying advertisements for you derived from your latest searches, looked products and previous orders etc.). 4.4 Use of Navigational Information We use Navigational Information to operate and improve the Website and the Service. We may also use Navigational Information alone or in combination with Personal Data to provide you with personalized information about Timberstore. 4.7 External Websites Our Website does not use external websites per se, but there might be external website links inside content. Also on our Website there might be links to our social media sites (FB, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, etc). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of these other websites. This PP does not apply to these other websites, which are subject to any privacy and other policies they may have.
5.1 Cookies We use "secure cookies" (see our Cookie policy) to help you manage your session when you visiting our Website and using our Service. Our store is using the Epood.eu e-commerce platform. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 6.1 Where we store and how we protect your information Epood.eu e-commerce platform secures the Personal Data you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. To ensure aforementioned, Epood.eu e-commerce platform uses Google Firebase (for further information, read its Data Processing and Security Terms https://firebase.google.com/terms/data-processing-terms ). We highly recommend to familiarize these terms on its own, because Google Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms are not governed with this PP.
7.1 Reviewing, Correcting and Removing Your Personal Data If you provide us with your Personal Data, you have the following rights with respect to that information: To review the user information that you have supplied to us. To request that we correct any errors, outdated information, or omissions in user information that you have supplied to us. To request that your user information not be used to contact you. To request that your user information be removed from any solicitation list that we use. To request that your user information be deleted from our records. To opt out of being solicited by Timberstore or third parties. 7.2 Once a user is requesting of opting out form using the Service and Website, all the Personal Data regards the user will be deleted permanently from that moment by Timberstore and won't be recoverable. 7.3 User has a right to turn every time to Supervisory Authority as well as to competent court when his/her rights of processing personal data has been violated.
